    Love this latest episode (love ’em all in fact), but what you say about responsibility is so true. I am convinced the only way to personal freedom is responsibility, and the only way to be truly responsible for your destiny is to run your own business. That way the buck stops with you. No one to blame, no one to whinge to. Keep up the great work.

  • What I’ve found helpful to curb hunger, is to have small portions during incremental times throughout the day. I eat at least 6 times a day. Usually 2.5 to 3 hour time intervals. It keeps my metabolism burning at high mode, so that even if I take in 1500 to 1800 calories for the total of the 6 times I eat for each day, I’m actually maintaining my weight, and at times, even losing one or two pounds.

    This podcast makes me think about your other recent post on TMBA, on your goal to eat healthy. Kudos to that!
